Improvement of Allergic Rhinitis in Adults by BC99

Following   BC99    intervention,significant   reductions    were   observed    in   Total    Nasal   Symptom    Score    (TNSS)and   serum    immune

factor    levels(complement    C3    and    IgA)in    patients    with     rhinitis.Furthermore,BC99    intervention    markedly    enhanced    the    expression of    glutathione(GSH)while    significantly    decreasing     the    expression    of     malondialdehyde(MDA).These    findings     indicate    that    BC99   alleviates   allergic    rhinitis   in    adults   through    immune   modulation    and   enhancement    of   antioxidant    capacity

Improvement of Allergic Rhinitis in Children by BC99

Following   BC99   intervention,significant   reductions   were   observed   in   both   symptoms   and   the   expression   of   the   immune   factor   IL-4   in children    withallergic     rhinitis.Additionally,BC99    intervention     markedly    increased     the    abundance     of    beneficial     bacteria,including Bifidobacterium,as  well  as  the   levels  of  SCFAs.These  modulating   the   intestinal   microbiota,increasing   SCFAs findings   indicate production,and that   BC99   alleviates  symptoms  of  allergic   rhinitis   in   children   by subsequently   reshaping   the   inflammatory   cytokine   profile.
