Alleviation of Chronic Constipation in Adults by BC99

BC99 intervention significantly increased the frequency of complete spontaneous bowelmovements (CSBM) and improved stoolconsistency in adult patients with constipation. Additionally, BC99 intervention markedly enhanced the abundance of beneficialbacterial genera, including Bifidobacterium, indicating that BC99 alleviates constipation severity in patients by modulating the intestinal microbiota.

Alleviation of Chronic Constipation in Adults by BC99

Following BC99 intervention, the expression of neurotransmiters including 5-HT and motlin was significantly enhanced in patients withchronic constipation. Concurrenty, BC99 intervention markedly increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory cytokine L-10 whiledecreasing the expression of the pro-inflammatory cytokine lL-6. These findings indicate that BC99 restores normal intestinal motility byreducing intestinal inflammation and repairing the intestinal environment.

Adjuvant Therapy for Helicobacter pyloriInfection with BC99

Following BC99 intervention, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pyloriinfection was significantly increased. Concurrently,BC99 intervention markedly reduced the incidence of adverse effects. These findings demonstrate that BC99 can serve asan effective adjuvant therapy for Helicobacter pyloriinfection .
