Dr. Fang delivered the opening speech at the Wecare International Probiotics and Health conference 2025

Dr. Fang leads research in agricultural probiotics, focusing on beneficial microbes to enhance soil vitality and reduce chemical use. His work aims to strengthen crop resilience against disease and stress while improving yield quality for safer, more nutritious produce. Guided by the principle “Quality Probiotics, Quality Life,” his efforts advance sustainable agriculture that benefits both people and the planet.
Wecare Probiotics, as the organizer, held a grand FHE2025 Boao Health Food Science Conference - "Wecare Night" event. Dr. Fang, as the founder and chief scientist of Wecare Probiotics, attended and delivered a speech on site, introducing the industrial development path and corporate vision of Wecare Probiotics and awarding prizes
Dr. Fang called on companies to strictly follow international standards in the production process, and to carry out stringent quality control in every step of the process, from the selection of strains, to the production process, to packaging and storage. Dr. Fang's initiative aims to promote the healthy development of the industry and ensure that consumers can enjoy the health benefits of high quality probiotic products.

Dr. Fang, along with Carmen ARRUDA, Executive President of Lesaffre's Global Fermentation Nutritional Ingredients Division, and other representatives from both companies, visited the site to sign a strategic cooperation agreement. This collaboration marks a new milestone in the partnership between the two parties, who will further deepen their cooperation in the field of probiotics and biotechnology. Together, they aim to bring higher activity and higher quality probiotic products and solutions to consumers worldwide, shaping a future of microecological health.
Dr. Fang warmly congratulated the establishment of the institute and emphasized its important role in promoting probiotic scientific research and innovation. Dr. Fang introduced in detail the main research directions of the institute, including the development of new strains of probiotics, the design of health solutions and the exploration of probiotics in various health applications.
As the chief scientist, Dr. Fang paid attention to the progress of the experiment and helped the team to solve the difficulties encountered in the experiment. During the meeting, Dr. Fang outlined the main objectives of the project, including expanding the production scale, introducing advanced automation equipment and establishing a high standard laboratory.
