Effects of BC99 on Liver Function and Intestinal Microbiota in Alcohol-Drinking Individuals

Following BC99 intervention, significant reductions were observed in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),
aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and the blood urea nitrogen/creatinine(BUN/Cr)ratio in alcohol-drinking individuals. Additionally,BC99 intervention markedly increased the relative abundance of beneficial bacterial genera in the intestinal microbiota. These findings indicate that BC99 improves liver and kidney health, while also modulating the composition of the intestinal microbiota,in alcohol-drinking individuals
