Job Description:

1. Market research: collect market and product information, including pharmaceutical industry and competitor data, and regularly output market reports;

2. Interaction with local partners: interact with local partners, promote own products, research products with great market potential and strong demand, maintain local partnerships, explore and realize supply and demand, maintain continuous cooperation with the local partner executive team, and contribute to the benefits and sales of all varieties of Wecare and the market (partners), not limited to APIs and FDF;

3. Marketing and brand building: assist the country manager to complete the annual product promotion strategy, maintain local partnerships, track product market performance, enhance product visibility in the local market, and enhance local brand influence;

4. Project negotiation: on behalf of the company to find and obtain demand for suitable varieties, lead negotiations with demanders, and obtain support and close cooperation from sales, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, production and other departments in project evaluation, terms list, etc.;

5. Team building: recruit, interview, assess, evaluate and appoint team members for the business department; conduct authorized training regularly according to changes in the Egyptian market; be responsible for the comprehensive knowledge accumulation and capacity improvement of business department members.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in medicine, biotech or related pharmaceutical.

2. 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical marketing. Proficient in domestic distribution channels and market information.

3. Good management ability on partner, excellent marketing strategy ability, with review close to the business, there are successful cases.

4. Capable for business negotiation and owning successful project experience in introducing and distributing products.

5. Being Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility and execution, good at communication and coordination of resources.
