Improvement of Allergic Rhinitis in Adults by BC99

Following BC99 intervention, significant reductions were observed in Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) and serum immunefactor levels (complement C3 and IgA) in patients with rhinitis. Furthermore, BC99 intervention markedly enhanced the expressionof glutathione (GSH) while significantly decreasing the expression of malondialdehyde (MDA). Improvement of Allergic Rhinitis in Children by BC99

Following BC99 intervention, significant reductions were observed in both symptoms and the expression of the immune factor lL-4 inchildren with allergic rhinitis. Additionally, BC99 intervention markedy increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria, includingBifidobacterium, as well as the levels of SCFAs. These findings indicate that BC99 alleviates symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children bymodulating the intestinal microbiota, increasing SCFAs production, and subsequently reshaping the inflammatory cytokine profile.
